Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. If you have any questions about a particular item before you order, please give us a call, and we can give you all the information you need to know before purchasing. We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. Your satisfaction with our products is of the utmost importance to us, and we make every effort to create and sell products constructed of excellent quality.

Deposits are non-refundable. If you order by credit card your card will be charged for the balance owed as each item is shipped. We will accept cancellation of your order for items that have not shipped or that are on backorder. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible, the sale is final. Custom and special order items cannot be cancelled.
Delayed Delivery Service
If there is a specific time period when you may not be able to accept delivery, please discuss this with your Hart Concrete Design or call us at 866.716.4278 before placing your order to discuss the possibility of delayed delivery. If you learn of a delivery conflict after placing your order, we might be able to store large items for a brief time. Items stored for more than 30 days will be subject to a 10% storage fee. Online orders are not eligible for delayed delivery service.
